e-Bill FAQ


1. What is TM e-Bill?

​​e-Bill is an electronic version of your monthly bill. 

2. How can I get my e-Bill?
  1. ​​​TM will send the e-Bill to your preferred email address.
  2. You can view your bills for the past 6 months via online by logging in to www.tm.com.my à​ Bill Payment.
3. Will I be charged for getting e-Bill?

​​​​No. TM e-Bill is FREE!​

4. Is the e-Bill service available for all products?

​At the moment, e-Bill is only available for the following residential and SME services:

UniFi, Streamyx & TM Phone. 

5. How do I register for e-Bill?

You can sign up by:

  1. Sending an email to help@tm.com.my ; or
  2. Walking in to our TMpoint outlet; or
  3. Call us at 100; or
  4. Reach us on Social Media (Facebook: Everyone Connects, Twitter: @TMConnects)​
6. Will I be charged for printed bill?

Printed bills will be provided for free until further notice.​​​

7. What are the services that will be charged for printed bills?

Printed bill for all services will be provided for free until further notice.​​​​

8. How soon will I start receiving the e-Bill after I register?
  1. ​​​New customers: Customers who subscribe after 1 June 2015 will automatically receive e-Bill beginning your first TM Bill statement. 
  2. Existing customers: Customers who subscribe before 1 June 2015 will only start receiving your e-Bill the following month after you register for e-Bill. 

9. What about security in terms of e-Bill service?
​​​​You can retrieve your e-Bill via these two options:
  1. ​Via your preferred email account:  please provide us with your preferred email address when you register for e-Bill. 
  2. Via TM Portal: Please key in your username/password to view your bill & make your payment.
10. What about my current Itemised billing charges?

For now, the itemised billing charges will remain as is, including for customers who have opt for e-Bill.

(RM1: Residential Customers; RM4: Business Customers).​

11. When is my bill date?
TM currently has 10 billing cycles and your bill date depends on your bill cycle.

Your bill cycle is automatically determined based on the successful registration date of the TM service you are subscribing. 
12. When will I receive my monthly bills?

1. For UniFi customers: 
  • You will receive your TM e-Bill within 7 days from your bill date. Please ensure the email addresses that you provide to us are valid & active.
  • You will receive your printed bill within 14 days of your bill date.Printed bills take longer time to be delivered to you due to postage activities. 
2.      For Streamyx customers: 
  • You will receive your TM e-Bill within 9 days from your bill date. Please ensure the email addresses that you provide to us are valid & active.
  • You will receive your printed bill within 14 days of your bill date.Printed bills take longer time to be delivered to you due to postage activities. 
13. When is my payment due?

Your payment due date is 21 days after your bill date. Please check your current monthly bill statement for more details.​
14. Where can I pay my bills?

​​We have several bill payment channels for your convenience:

  1. TM Autopay – automatic payment standing instruction via credit card, charge card or selected current or saving account (Enjoy RM2 Rebates, every month)
  2. MyTM Portal*
  3. JomPAY* 
  4. TMpoint/ TMpoint Authorised Dealership (TAD) outlets
  5. TM Call Centre
  6. PayQuik Kiosk
  7. Maybank2U* 
  8. CIMB Clicks* 
** The easiest & fastest way for you to pay your bill is via online.
