Infoblast
This is a two way messaging service that is offered to customers through a single portal (using the UniFi phone number access). UniFi subscribers will receive ONE (1) Infoblast account upon subscription.
The charges are as follows:
1. Go to http://www.infoblast.com.my 2. Enter Infoblast ID and password in the 'Member Login' section.3. Click on the 'Login' button.4. Click 'Compose' and then click 'Voice' to send a voice message or click 'SMS' to send a text message.

Transferring a Call
*Assuming that a user wishes to transfer call from B to C.
Activating Call Forwarding – Unconditional
1. Dial *21*<Phone Number> followed by #. Example: *21*01X XXX XXXX #. 2. Press the ‘CALL’ button. 3. Wait for the confirmation tone.
Cancelling Call Forwarding – Unconditional
1. Dial #21#. 2. Press the ‘CALL’ button. 3. Wait for the confirmation tone.
Activating Call Forwarding – On Busy
1. Dial * 71* < Phone Number> followed by #. Example: *71*01X XXX XXXX # 2. Press the ‘CALL’ button. 3. Wait for the confirmation tone.
Cancelling Call Forwarding – On Busy

Activating Call Forwarding – No Reply

Putting a call on Hold
1. To put a phone call on hold, press the ‘R’ button and then press the ‘OFF’ button. 2. To un-hold a call that is put on hold, press the ‘CALL’ button. *Note: To activate this feature, please call TM UniFi Centre at 1-300-88-1222.
Activating the Do Not Disturb Feature
1. Dial *26#. 2. Press the ‘CALL’ button. 3. Listen to the tone indicating successful activation of the service.
Cancelling the Do Not Disturb Feature
1. Dial #26#. 2. Press the ‘CALL’ button. 3. Listen to the tone indicating successful cancellation of the service.
Activating Voice Mail
To activate this feature, please call TM UniFi Centre at 1-300-88-1222. *Note: To retrieve voice mail, please call 1-300-88-6245 followed by fixed line number.
