TollFree 1300 is an alternative TollFree service where callers pay local call-rates instead, to help you offset the incoming call charges that are borne by you.

You can apply for TollFree and ViSight at any TMpoint by bringing along the following required documents:

• Completed application form
• For individual: a copy of the individual's identity card (both sides)
• For sole proprietor or partnership: a copy of the business license, Forms D, B and A
• Company registration: a copy of Form 9 or 13 and Form 49
• Answer Point authorization letter (if Answer Point subscriber is different from TollFree subscriber)

Note: Answer Point is TM fixed line number that is attached with TollFree service to answer calls.
