Call Point

Call Point reverse charge is a service specially designed to help users such as students to contact their families without having to use their allowance. It also allows others such as hospital patients and visitors, senior citizens, local travelers and also the public, to communicate in times of emergency.

All you need to do is to lift the handset and you will be automatically greeted by our operator/agent. The operator/agent will connect your call as soon as the called party agrees to the reverse charge call. Call Point reverse charge can be found at colleges, hospitals, and airport waiting and departure areas and at any places where you can find the Call Point reverse charge signage.

Price/Tariff
There is no charge to the user/caller as it is a reversed charge billing. This service uses the normal Fixed Telephone National Operator Assisted Call tariff, and the operator service charge is given a special reduce rate of RM0.50 per call (as compared to the normal rate of RM1.50 per call).
