The powerSurf™ v2 is the enhanced new generation platform of the TM Net's powerSurf Internet acceleration service, that combines advanced compression technology with the simplicity in usage. powerSurf™ v2 allows dial-up users to have "virtual Broadband" experience without hardware upgrade or additional software installation. It accelerates the delivery of most Web traffic; for example, graphics, animations, Flash, scripts, Webmail etc. Large graphical Web sites that usually take minutes to download can now be viewed in seconds! The speed improvement is especially more evident when the site being viewed contains large amount of static graphical/animation content and text.
For cost conscious subscribers, powerSurf™ v2 offers "virtual Broadband" experience without incurring the higher cost of broadband service charges.
