If you are using prepaid card/softpin for the first time, follow these simple instructions to activate your account:

1. Please ensure that your PC is configured for Internet access.
2. Scratch your start-up card to obtain Initial Login, Initial Password and Security ID. Alternatively, peel off your start-up softpin to obtain Initial Login, Initial Password and Security ID.
3. Log on to the Internet by dialing 1515 using Initial Login and Initial Password.
4. You are given 30 minutes bonus time to complete your registration online.
5. Proceed to prepaid website at https://prepaid.tm.net.my. While there, you can create your own username and password.
6. Upon completion of registration, your Initial Login and Initial Password will no longer be valid.
