Developed for OLNO, NSP, ISP and ASP, TM IP Wholesale allows for Carriers and Service Providers to deliver nationwide IP VPN services immediately and cost-effectively. Service Providers will be able to utilise MPLS for the interconnection of their preferred POP(s) to instantly enable end-to-end IP VPN solutions for customers that are under their management.

With a SLA of up to 99.9%, Service Providers will be able to focus less on maintaining the uptime of a network backbone infrastructure and focus more on delivering innovative and value-added solutions and services to their customers

Services Offered (Classes of Service)

Economy
This class will be based on best effort traffic engineering. This class will carry application such as Bulk Data. No guarantee is provided.

Standard Data
This class will support application for Network Management and Transactional Data. It will have Guaranteed Delivery and Latency of 120ms.

Mission Critical
This class will support the Mission-Critical Data and Call Signalling application. It will have guaranteed delivery and latency of 80ms.

Multimedia
This is the highest class available. This class will support Interactive Video and Voice Application. It will have Guaranteed Delivery, Latency of 60ms and guaranteed Jitter of 8ms. The network will allocate 15% dedicated bandwidth from the total available bandwidth for this class.

Terms & Conditions
TM Wholesale customers are responsible for providing their own CE device to be interconnected with TM Wholesale PE. The selection of TM Wholesale customer CE shall adhere to TM Wholesale type approved equipment; which is not proprietary. The configuration parameters related to CE–PE interconnects shall be provided by TM Wholesale.

One Time Charge
The one time technical charge for IP is RM 675 per port.

Monthly Recurring Charges
The port speed charge is differentiated based on Class-of-Service element that enables customer to choose the best mixture of service performance to match with their business targets and needs. TMW will offer 4 classes of service namely Economy, Standard Data, Mission Critical and Multimedia. Prices beyond 155Mb will be provided later.
