Suruhanjaya Komunikasi & Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM) issued the Variation to Determination on Access List (Determination No.1) and Variation to Determine on Mandatory on Access (Determination No.2), in January 2009 in exercise of powers conferred by section 55, 56 & 146 of the Commission and Multimedia Act 1998 [Act 588]. As stipulated in the Mandatory Service on Access under clause 6.2.6 shall prepare, and/or modify an Access Reference Document (ARD) in relation to Facilities or Services on Access List Determination which TM provides to itself or third party. Hence in accordance with clause 5.3.4 under the MSA, TM’s ARD will be made available at our website with effective from 2nd June 2009.
