Just follow these simple steps to install your Streamyx service.

1. Open the box and you will find:
   
   
   • ADSL Ethernet Modem
   • AC power supply adaptor
   • ADSL splitter
   • RJ 45 cable
   • Streamyx In-A-Box Quick Guide
   • Streamyx user guide Booklet
   • Streamyx self installation CD set-up wizard
   • Warranty card and phone cable
     
     
2. Setting up the hardware
   
   
   • Insert the Streamyx self-installation CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive.
   • You will see an interactive guide on your screen.
   • Follow the step-by-step instructions to setup the modem and your phone line.
   • Please refer to the diagram below for your installation layout.
     
     
     
     
3. Installing the software
   
   • Follow the interactive guide to install the software for Streamyx.
   • Upon successful installation, Streamyx icon will be created on your Desktop.
   • Double click on it to launch the streamyx dialer.
   • Click on the Run streamyx test button to test your connection.
   • On the BAS Test section, click the Start button to run the test.
   • A box shown as below will appear. Click on the Query Available Services button.
   • Once the test is completed, the server name will appear. (The server name varies according to location).
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
4. Activating your account
   
   • Now you can use your account to connect to Streamyx.
   • Launch the dialer from your Desktop.
   • Fill in the username (user@streamyx), password and click on the Connect button.
     
     
     
     
5. Experiencing broadband
   • Log on to the broadband channel at www.bluehyppo.com and feel the difference of high-speed Internet access.
   • You are now experiencing the best of broadband with Streamyx.
