Below are the procedures and processes for any party who wants to do business with TM for a clearer understanding.

NOTIFICATION TO SUPPLIERS ON CLOSING OF FINANCE SSO STATE OFFICES

With effect from 1st January 2009, Finance SSO State offices in Penang, Kedah/Perlis, Pahang, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan and Johor will be closed as we will be operating region base. Thus, submission of related invoices and supporting document for payment shall be addressed to related Regional Finance SSO Processing Centre offices.

Notes: All Finance SSO earlier notifications issued out in July 2008 (on enforcement of supporting payment documents) and September 2008 (on centralization of DOA/Factoring approval at headquarter) are still valid.
