Infrastructure Sharing is one of the regulated services and it provides the opportunity for Service Providers to expand their network coverage by utilising TM’s vast telecommunication infrastructure nationwide.
The second of the two regulated services in Infra Services, Network Co-Location enables Service Providers to co-locate their equipment in any of TM’s Network Premises to enable network interconnection with TM for services listed in the Access List issued by the MCMC. Network premises at which Network Co-Location is to be provided includes switching sites, submarine cable landing stations, earth stations and exchange buildings as identified by TM upon request. Support services similar to that of Infrastructure Sharing are also provided.
Tenancy is a commercially negotiated wholesale space rental service where Service Providers may co-locate their equipment at any of TM’s premises for non-interconnect network expansion requirements. We offer in-building floor space, rooftop space and land space where available at any of TM-owned facilities or sites.
Recoverable Work Order (RWO) is a process used to claim a one off recoverable cost for work carried out by TM Wholesale which involves Network Infrastructure and relocation on management approved circumstances.
