Overview

Interconnect Bandwidth Services are services under the scope of the Access List and MSA. TM offers Leased Circuit Interconnection as incorporated in the AA that includes four type of service category:

  1. Interconnect Link Services (ILS)
  2. Domestic Network Transmission Service (DNTS)
  3. Private Circuit Completion Services (PCCS)
  4. Domestic Connectivity to International Services (DCIS)

Service Category:

  1. Interconnect Link Service (ILS)
      • A facility or service that enables physical connection between the network of an Access Provider and the network of an Access Seeker for the purpose of Interconnection Service.
      • Network Signalling Service (NSS) shall be embedded as part of the ILS.
    1. Full Span
      • This service offers bandwidth (2Mbps) between TM POI and other carrier POI.
    2. In Span
      • This service provides Co-Location service to the other carrier on TM site connecting the carrier’s equipment to TM’s port.
      • Provision of 2 Mbps POI at agreed point on a physical cable linking Network Operator’s network facilities to an Interconnecting Operator’s network facilities.

  2. Domestic Network Transmission Service (DNTS)
    • A facility and/or Service for the carriage of communications between transmission points (not being Customer transmission points) via network interfaces at such transmission rates as may be agreed between the Access Provider and the Access Seeker on a permanent basis.
    • TMW speed offering for DNTS are 2Mbps, 34Mbps and 155Mbps.

  3. Private Circuit Completion Service (PCCS)
    • As a digital bandwidth (n x 64 Kbps up to 2 Mbps) Interconnection Service for the completion connection of a service by way of a private circuit between a POI (DTS) and an end-user, available only at one end of a private circuit.
    • TM Wholesale speed offering for PCCS are 64kbps, 2Mbps, 34Mbps and 155Mbps.

  4. Domestic Connectivity to International Service (DCIS)
    • A facility and/or service which comprise of each individual backhaul transmission service between a network transmission point and a submarine cable landing centre or an earth station or a connection service between equipment co-located at the submarine cable landing centre and the submarine cable system.
    • TM Wholesale speed offering for DCIS are 2Mbps, 45Mbps and 155Mbps.
