International Value Added Services is a complementary service for voice services to better cater customers’ needs. The current product offering include Mobile Matrix as well as enhancement of the voice platform to boost the current voice business. The services provided are to ease the communication gap and to benefit domestic and international carriers as well as the subscriber.

Mobile Matrix
This service utilises the existing platform and equipment in providing Mobile Value Added Services, delivering innovative and integrated services to Mobile Operators worldwide. This service will be made available to all second and third tier global operators.

Global Voice Solution (GVS)
Global Voice Solution is a platform for carriers around the world to connect to TM’s network with ease. With the first implementation at 4 major regions located in New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore, carriers based from these regions will be able to enjoy the benefits of near end reach ability at a lower cost. TM is one of the main hubbing carriers and is recognised as one of the leading voice providers in the Asia region. TM will be the key conduit for others to connect to not only Malaysia, but also the rest of the countries in this Asia region.With the ability to work with both VoIP and TDM environment, Global Voice Solution will provide a great opportunity for carriers to have flexible means of interconnection with the platform.
