TM Global’s IP Services are delivered over TM extensive international network infrastructure with Point of Service located worldwide. Current border capacity of TM IP network stands at more than 50 Gbps with TM’s autonomous system number AS4788. Our value-added services include router leasing with dedicated rack space to enable customers to co-locate their equipment globally. The router leasing service avoids significant capital investment in equipment and local operations staff for establishing a POP. We provide Global IP Transit, Global Co-location and Global IX. TM offers this service in co-operation with foreign providers or through TM Representative Offices (TMRO) in United Kingdom, United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Global IP Transit
Addressing the rapid demand for Internet access requirement in the regional market, Global IP Transit service is a core service offering for the global wholesale Internet market. TM is the provider to the largest subscriber base in Malaysia and is recognised as one of the leading carriers in the region. Global IP Transit provides Internet connectivity for Foreign Service Providers and Corporations alike. Customers are able to subscribe to the service via several types of access options such as IPLC, Satellite, Metro Ethernet, MPLS, and In Building cross connect, with speeds ranging from 64Kbps to 10Gbps via TM Global Point of Presence (PoP) in Malaysia (Cyberjaya or Brickfield), Singapore, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, USA (Palo Alto, San Jose, Los Angeles, Washington), London, and Amsterdam.

Global Co-location
Global Co-location is a data centre service providing rack and room space rental designed for servers and other equipment. Main elements of co-location are rack space with power redundancy and physical security, plus network connections to the Internet either via shared or dedicated link. Global Co-location is located at CBJ5 Malaysia, CBJ2 Malaysia, Brickfield Malaysia. As for foreign co-location, TM has established partnership with 1st tier co-location providers to offer a one-stop solution to our customers.

Global IX
Global IX is a meeting point that enables the interconnection of ISPs, content providers and enterprises. Located in Cyberjaya, Malaysia - it has an eco-system based on a gigabit Ethernet central switch fabric. Global IX allows ISPs and content companies to trade traffic or peer directly with each other to significantly reduce the cost of long-haul interconnection and improve performance and latency. With this infrastructure, customers can connect and/or peer at speeds ranging from 10/100 megabits to 10 gigabit. Extended services of space and professional monitoring are also available for all TM subscribers.
