   Centrex is an office communication system where all the functionality of PABX or Key Phone is being served direct from the exchange.

3. Can Centrex integrate with my old PABX if I were to maintain both?
   We do not recommend such integration because Centrex features will not be able to operate accordingly under these circumstances.

   Centrex provides most of the basic features that are offered by PABX such as:
   • Call Transfer
   • Call Waiting
   • Call Forwarding
   • Call Pickup
   • Abbreviated Dialing
   • Three Party Conferencing

5. Can Centrex support my Boss's & Secretary's old phone feature sets if I were to maintain them?
   You have to test the compatibility of the equipment. In some cases, it is compatible.

6. Can Centrex line support internet?
   Yes, it can. It acts line a direct line with a prefix of '9' for outgoing calls.

   Yes, it can. You can have a pilot and hunting for your main operator line.

   You can use 3-line phone or key telephone system to perform the Operator Console function.
