3 Simple Steps to Send MyVoice

  1. Dial 1555# from your Businessline phone
  2. The call is then routed to MyVoice. The caller is prompted to leave a message (up to 20 second duration) and press # upon completion.
  3. Caller is then prompted to enter the recipient number and press # for the message to be sent.

How Do I Know I Have received MyVoice?

  1. The recipient’s phone rings to alert them of a message. Message is delivered when the phone is answered.
  2. Recipient has the option to reply the message by pressing # OR forwarding by pressing *
  3. If you do not answer the call, MyVoice will try to reach you again later.

How Do I Retrieve MyVoice?

  1. Dial 1555* from your Businessline phone
  2. You will be greeted and you will be prompted to key in a PIN number
  3. Navigate the mailbox by pressing 1 to reply, press 2 to delete and press 3 to hear the next message
