Malaysia Direct is a service which enables Malaysians traveling abroad to call home using a Malaysian operator or through automated dialing via the iTalk / TM Calling Card. Your call will be either billed as 'reverse charged' or billed to your TM Calling Card account or the charged amount will be deducted from the value of your iTalk.

• Calls can be charged to your TM Calling Card account at TM's International Call SINGLE RATE PER COUNTRY
• The iTalk can also be used to make Malaysia Direct calls.

1. Malaysia Direct call via operator

• The call will be charged as per operator rates at person-to-person or station-to-station rates. i.e. 3 minutes + additional minute
• A service charge of RM5.00 per call will be imposed
• Call rates differ between person-to-person and station-to-station calls

2. Malaysia Direct call via iTalk / TM Calling Card.

• The call will be charged as per TM's International Call service - SINGLE RATE PER COUNTRY (please refer to International Call tariff).
• Surcharges may be imposed by Hotels, local service providers etc.
  Note: Some hotels might impose a surcharge before making any calls.
