Download your new xBlocker software NOW

Dear xBlocker customers,

There is a new version of our xBlocker software available for download. Please follow these simple instructions to download your new enhanced software.

Step 1:
Go to 'My control panel' and click on to 'add or remove programs'. Search for the installed old version of xBlocker and click 'remove'.

Step 2:
Once the old xBlocker software has been removed, go to https://tmbill.tm.net.my/SelfCare. Please key in your username and password followed by 1515 (service type).

Step 3:
Once into the selfcare portal scroll down to the website for the download items. Click to download xBlocker.

Step 4:
Key in your existing xBlocker serial key to download the software. For retrieval of old serial key please refer back to Online registration on the same page of the portal.

Today, there are a lot of malicious software and dialers that can secretly redirect your analog/ digital dial-up connection to other Internet access numbers that can lead to an unexpected increase in your telephone bill. The problem occurs when a hidden dialers actually hijack the computer's modem to connect to a premium rate telephone number without your knowledge.

There are dialers that can connect themselves to a premium rate number while the victim is away from their PC, achieving this by detecting long periods of inactivity. Thus, Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) is proud to introduce the xblocker, which has been designed to effectively end the miseries caused by these malicious dialers.

Product Description

xblocker is implemented as a Windows Service that able to intercepts all dialling attempts made by other malicious programs.
xblocker intercepts these dial attempts and take actions according to rules specified in the White list and Black list.

White list – dial attempts from the White list number will be granted without notification.
Black list – dial attempts from the Black list number will be blocked and a notification will appear on the taskbar.
If the number is not listed on both lists, a warning will be presented, and the user will then be given a choice to either allow or block the dial attempt.

xblocker will logs all dial attempts. User will be able to check the time the dial attempt was made, the dialed numbers and, whether it allowed or disallowed.
xblocker provides an easy update of black and white list from a remote server, by simply pressing the update tab. Auto update is also available.
xblocker deploy a minimal yet effective graphical user interface with system tray icon. Right clicking on the icon provides access to all features that are available to end users.

How To Register

Step 1:
Go to https://tmbill.tm.net.my/SelfCare/Maintenance/selfcareLogin.jsp

Step 2:
Key in the username,password and other related info needed. In main menu choose subscribe to x-blocker.

Step 3:
Then, click agree on the term & condition.

Step 4:
Then, choose subscribe.

Step 5:
Upon successful registration, you will be given a registration key. Then, click download button to download the application.

Step 6:
You can know enjoy the service.
