How To Identify A TM Staff Member And Contractor

These easy steps below will ensure your safety and enable you to easily identify authorised TM Staffs and Contractors when they show up at your door. If you need further verification, please call TM customer call centre at 100.

Step 1: RECOGNIZE

These are what their uniforms and personal identifications tags look like. All TM Staffs and Contractors are dressed in uniform and carry tags. If they are not in uniform and cannot produce identification tags, then they are not one of our authorized personnel.

Step 2: REFER

Next, ask them for their MyKad and cross check their details against their passcard number (whether at the front or at the back). Their MyKad number and their passcard number must match.

Step 3: REQUEST

Please ask the TM Staff or Contractor for an authorised restoration or installation work order form to ensure that they're assigned to perform the work at your premise.
