1. What is MyTM?
MyTM is a page for TM customers to do online transactions. Eg:
  1. Register TM products and services.
  2. View and pay TM bills.
  3. Status tracking.
  4. Upgrade and modify package/call plan.
  5. Check coverage.
  6. Online support Email.
  7. Online support Trouble shooting (coming soon).
2. Where can I access MyTM?
MyTM access is:
  1. Click on the 'Sign in Here' button on the top right side of the main page.
3. How do I register to useMyTM?
  1. Click on Sign Up for Free link at MyTM Login page to invoke the user registration page.
  2. Fill up your personal information, and read the Terms & Conditions carefully before you click Submit button.
  3. Once your registration has been successfully acknowledged by the system, it will automatically generate a password and send to your registered email address. 
  4. To activate your new AP account, you are required to do the following:
    a.       Check your email and retrieve the system-generated password;
    b.      Go to MyTM Login page, enter Username and password then click Login;
    c.       At Change Password page, enter your new password and reconfirm the same password, click Submit button;
    d.      Once the new password has been successfully accepted by the system, you can verify your username and new password in MyTM Login page.
4. If I am not a TM customer can I register as MyTM user?
Yes, anyone can register as MyTM user.
5. Is my information in MyTM secure?
Your user credentials in MyTM are encrypted.
6. What benefits www.tm.com.my offers me?

7. What is my PC/Laptop specification needed to use MyTM?
Minimum requirements are:
  1. Windows XP.
  2. Browser – Internet Explorer 7.0 and Mozilla Firefox version 3.5x.
8. Who can use MyTM?
Everyone that registered as MyTM user.
9. Can I subscribe to TM products and services using www.tm.com.my?
Yes.
10. I'm a user of TMOnline, can I still use my existing TMOnline username and password to access MyTM?
You need to register as MyTM user. For further details please refer to the User Guide.
11. I'm a subscriber to TM online products (eBrowse..etc), can I use the same username and password to access MyTM?
You need to register as MyTM user. For further details please refer to the User Guide.
12. How can I reset MyTM password?
  1. Click Reset button to reset your password. 
  2. The system will send a system-generated password to your registered email.
  3. At MyTM Login page, enter username and system-generated password, click Login button to invoke Change Password page.
  4. At the Change Password page, you can reset your password.
13. I have forgotten MyTM username and password, how can I recover it?
  1. Go to Can't Access your account? Click Here.
  2. Upon clicking the link, the Retrieve Username/Password page will be displayed.
  3. To request for your forgotten username, enter your registered email address in the field provided and click Submit button.  The system will send the email immediately.
  4. Please check and retrieve your username from the email.
  5. For your forgotten password, enter your username and click Submit.  The system will send your password to your registered email.
  6. Please check and retrieve your password from the email.  For security reason, it is advisable to change your password immediately.
14. What is the payment method in MyTM (credit card, debit transfer)?
The payment method in MyTM is by credit card.

16. Can I check my eligibility to subscribe product in MyTM?
Once you are a registered user, you are eligible to subscribe to any products and services that are currently available by submitting your online order form(s).
17. Can I read my eBrowse using www.tm.com.my?
Yes.
18. Why can't I access to TMOnline?
To access TMOnline you need to register as a TMOnline user.
19. Can I check my service coverage throughMyTM?
Yes.
20. How can I check my order status in MyTM?
You can check your application status by clicking on My Application Status menu.  The application status of the services will be displayed.
21. How can I upgrade my subscribed package in MyTM?
If you are eligible for an upgrade for your subscribed package, MyTM will notify you.  You have the option to submit your online application. 
22. Can I access MyTM using mobile phone?
No.
23. How long will it take after payment my account will be update with the payment?
Your payment will be updated in your next bill (please refer your bill date).
24. Can I delete my MyTM account?
Yes, please email to help@tm.com.my for assistance.
25. As a TM customer, is it mandatory for me to register/use MyTM?
It is not mandatory but it is good to register as MyTM user to enable you to do online transaction.
26. I am already using myUniFi, do I need to use MyTM?
No just access to myUniFi from MyTM.
27. How can I access my myUniFi and TMOnline account?
Since UniFi and TMOnline have already consolidated at MyTM portal, these services require user first to activate them at MyTM before you are able to access them.
28. How can I know status of my registration?
You can immediately know your registration status provided your personal information is correctly entered into the system.
29. Will MyTM be sending me promotion to my email?
No. We will send you your preferred updates only.
30. Are my data being protected in MyTM?
Yes.
31. I am a TM Business customer, can I use MyTM?
Yes.
32. I have both TM Business and Consumer account, can I use MyTM?

Consumer – yes.
Business – yes.

33. What is the advantage of using MyTM?
  1. Single access to all TM portals through the website.
  2. Easy navigation.
34. Will I still get my paper bill if I'm using MyTM?
Yes if you did not opt for paper off bill in MyTM.
35. How can I stop getting MyTM bill?
You need to opt for paper off bill in MyTM.
  1. Under My Bills menu.
  2. Select Account Number from Account Summary.
  3. Select Profile tab.
  4. Turn off "Receive Paper Bill" mode.
36. Can I get my bill to my email?
You will be advised on your latest bill availability through email.
37. Is MyTM free?
Yes.
38. If I forget my registered email, how can I access MyTM?

This feature is not available in MyTM. Alternatively, user can call Customer Support for assistance, for security reason, certain user authentication procedures must be adhered when verifying user offline.

39. Can I change my billing address in MyTM?
No. Address changes will require NRIC verification at TMpoint.
40. Is there any service charge imposed using MyTM?
No.
41. If customer is unable to login to their account, who can they refer to?
