REGISTRATION of SUPPLIER (ROS) Go Live Countdown

Here is the final countdown!!!  The cutover day is literally just around the corner; SRM Phase 1A implementation for ROS module goes live on 2nd February 2010, Tuesday.

This is a new process for TM new and potential Suppliers and TM Procurement, shifting gear from a manual to an online way of applying and processing new supplier registration.  Any potential TM suppliers have to go to TM corporate website www.tm.com.my to experience the ease of:

  1. Register with TM from wherever they are and attach scanned documentations online
  2. Once approved, they can then print TM registered certificate online
  3. Henceforth, be able to update and maintain their own company profile data in SRM

Bravo and well done to all as TM steps into the new zone of Supplier Relationship Management towards a world class supply chain management with new ways of working and interacting with suppliers.

For more information, please visit our TM corporate website at http://www.tm.com.my/connecting-your-business/doing-business/GEMS_SRM where you can access ROS User Guide, Online demo, FAQ and the link to the registration form for ROS.  Shall there be any enquiries, please do not hesitate to call our SRM Helpdesk at 03-77117700 (press option 3) or email to srm@tm.com.my.

Watch out for the announcement on the go live of the next wave of SRM.
