Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)

Below are the procedures and processes for any party who wants to do business with TM for a clearer understanding.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: SRM ROS (Registration of Suppliers) Goes Live On 2nd February 2010

The time has arrived! We are pleased to announce that the new system ROS (Registration of Suppliers) goes live on 2^nd February 2010, Tuesday.

TM is shifting gear from a manual application and processing of supplier registration to an online system. Effective Tuesday, 2^nd February 2010, any suppliers who wish to apply for registration with TM, need to login to TM corporate website, www.tm.com.my, to experience the ease of :

i.              Registering online from wherever together with scanned supportive documentations
ii.             Printing the registration certificate upon approval of the registration
iii.            Updating and maintaining their own company data in the system

With the launch of SRM ROS, TM steps into a new online and interactive Supplier Relationship Management by adopting best practice supply chain management to enhance efficiency.
