SNS
Specialised Network Services (SNS) is a division under Government Sales which takes care of specialised requirement from various customers segments. Initially, SNS started as a division handling airport communications, navigation and surveillance system maintenance. Over the years, the role and responsibilities of SNS has expanded to cover the specialised communication needs of the security sector such as the Ministry of Defence and Royal Malaysian Police and other government agencies such as the Department of Civil Aviation, Fire and Rescue Department, Waterworks and Marine Department. SNS is also the main contractor to Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) for its Universal Service Provision (USP) program. Furthermore, SNS provides mobile satellite communication services, professional mobile radio and infra services to all customers.

SPM
Solutioning and Programme Management (SPM) was set up in 1st April 2009 and it is one of the division under Government Line of Business (LOB). It is consist of 3 major units:

• Business Management (BM)
• Solution Consultant
• Programme Management (PM)

SPM provides end to end process, starting from pre-sales, and execution of project implementation till hand over project to the customer. SC will play the crucial supporting roles of coordinating, formulating and providing appropriate consultancy to the targeted customers based on the TM products including Value Added Service (VAS). PM will manage the project until customer experience TM services. BM will consolidate all report and manage all admin and HR matter within SPM. For more details about SPM, click here.
