 Last date for sample submission to Telekom Research & Development Sdn Bhd (TMR&D) for ITU-K.21with 6kV, 3kA  and Environmental Test is               20 June 2012

 

 

Only one (1) Tender submission is allowed from a group of related companies within the meaning of Companies Act 1965. If the Tenderer is part of a group of related companies, then companies which are related to the Tenderer within the meaning of the Companies Act 1965 shall not submit the Proposal for the same Tender. Any contravention may result in the rejection or disqualification of the Tenderer’s submission.

 In line with TM Integrity Pact Initiative, Tenderer is required to sign Supplier’s Declaration Form on Integrity Agreement prior to the purchase of Tender documents.

 PURCHASE OF THE TENDER DOCUMENTS

Mana-mana  syarikat yang ada kaitan dengan Petender sepertimana yang termaktub dalam definisi di Akta Syarikat 1965 tidak boleh mengemukakan tawaran Tender yang sama yang ditawarkan oleh Petender bagi tujuan Tender  yang dinyatakan di atas.
