Request For Proposal (RFP) Notice

RFPs are invited from Malaysian registered companies or Malaysian registered consortiums who are interested to participate in the following RFP:

If the Proposer is part of a group of related companies, then companies which are related to the Proposer within the meaning of the Companies Act 1965 shall not submit the above RFP which is of the same brand or make as that offered by the Proposer. Any contravention may result in the rejection or disqualification of the Proposer’s submission.

PAYMENT
Payment for the RFP document can be made in the form of Banker’s Cheque / Bank Draft payable to Telekom Malaysia Berhad (128740-P). Payment for the purchase of the RFP document can be made at the Contract Documentation & Control, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Level 4 North Wing, Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur. The payment made is not refundable.

The Company information form and additional terms for the purchase of RFP Document and letter of undertaking shall be signed prior to the purchase of the RFP documents.

RFP SUBMISSION
Completed Proposals are to be submitted by hand in sealed packages to Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Level 4 North Wing, Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur between 9.00 am to 12.00 noon on the closing date mentioned above.

Only those Proposers who have purchased the above RFP documents are qualified to attend RFP briefing on Raudah Room, Level 4 North Wing, Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur.

Mana-mana syarikat yang ada kaitan dengan Pencadang RFP sepertimana yang termaktub dalam definasi di Akta Syarikat 1965, tidak boleh mengemukakan tawaran RFP dengan jenama atau buatan yang sama yang ditawarkan oleh Pencadang bagi tujuan tawaran RFP yang dinyatakan di atas. Sebarang pelanggaran syarat ini boleh mengakibatkan tawaran RFP ditolak atau dibatalkan.

BAYARAN
Bayaran untuk dokumen RFP adalah secara Banker’s Cheque atau Draf Bank kepada Telekom Malaysia Berhad (128740-P). Bayaran untuk pembelian dokumen RFP ini boleh dibuat di Kaunter Contract Documentation & Control, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Tingkat 4 (Utara), Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur. Wang bayaran dokumen RFP ini tidak akan dikembalikan.

Borang maklumat syarikat dan syarat-syarat RFP untuk pembelian dokumen RFP dan surat akujanji hendaklah ditandatangani terlebih dahulu sebelum dokumen RFP boleh dibeli.

PENYERAHAN RFP
RFP yang telah disempurnakan hendaklah dilakri dan dihantar dengan serahan tangan ke Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Tingkat 4 (Utara), Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur   di antara  jam 9.00 pagi hingga 12.00 tengah hari pada  tarikh tutup yang tersebut di atas.

Hanya Pencadang RFP yang telah membeli dokumen RFP di atas sahaja layak hadir ke taklimat RFP di Bilik Raudah, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Tingkat 4 (Utara),  Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur.
