Procurement Ethics

Introduction
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) believes that all supplier relationships should be founded on principles of good governance such as integrity, accountability, fairness and a no tolerance rule towards bribery and corruption. These principles extend to TM’s procurement activities in countries in which we or our subsidiaries and associates operate. These principles are given force in TM’s Code Business Ethics (CBE) and detailed out in this Procurement Ethics, which will be constantly revised to capture changes in law, reputational demands and changes in the business. All TM’s employees and suppliers are required comply with this Procurement Ethics.
