Pre-Qualification Invitation Notice | Tender & Quotation Notices

Malaysian registered companies or Malaysian registered consortium are invited to participate in the following Pre-qualification Invitation:

If the company which participates in this pre-qualification invitation is part of a group of related companies, then companies which are related to the said company within the meaning of the Companies Act 1965 shall not submit the above invitation offer which is of the same brand or make as that offered by the said company. Any contravention may result in the rejection or disqualification of the said company’s submission.

PAYMENT
Payment for the pre-qualification invitation document can be made in the form of Banker's Cheque/Bank Draft payable to Telekom Malaysia Berhad (128740-P). Payment for the purchase of the document can be made at the Contract Documentation & Control, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Level 4 North Wing, Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur. The payment made is not refundable.

INVITATION SUBMISSION
Completed Proposals are to be submitted by hand in sealed packages to the Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Level 4 North Wing, Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur between 9.00 am to 12.00 noon before or on the closing date mentioned above.

Notis Prakelayakan Tawaran

Syarikat-syarikat dan Konsortium yang berdaftar di Malaysia sahaja adalah dipelawa untuk menyertai prakelayakan tawaran berikut:

TAJUK	RUJUKAN	HARGA DOKUMEN	TARIKH DAN MASA TUTUP TENDER

Mana-mana syarikat yang ada kaitan dengan syarikat yang telah memberi tawaran sapertimana yang termaktub dalam definasi di Akta Syarikat 1965, tidak boleh mengemukakan tawaran dengan jenama atau buatan yang sama yang ditawarkan oleh syarikat yang telah memberi tawaran bagi tujuan tawaran yang dinyatakan diatas. Sebarang pelanggaran syarat ini boleh mengakibatkan tawaran dari syarikat tersebut ditolak dan dibatalkan.

BAYARAN
Bayaran untuk dokumen prakelayakan tawaran adalah secara Banker’s Cheque atau Bank Deraf kepada Telekom Malaysia Berhad (128740-P). Bayaran untuk pembelian dokumen tender ini boleh dibuat di Kaunter Contract Documentation & Control, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Tingkat 4 (Utara), Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur. Wang bayaran dokumen tender ini tidak akan dikembalikan.

PENYERAHAN TAWARAN
Tawaran yang telah disempurnakan hendaklah dilakri dan dihantar dengan tangan ke Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Tingkat 4 (Utara), Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur diantara jam 9.00 pagi hingga 12.00 tengah hari sebelum atau pada tarikh tutup yang tersebut di atas.
