The new package was launched by Jeremy Kung, the Executive Vice-President of Consumer, TM during the ‘Jom Streamyx Chinese New Year Celebration with MyFM’ roadshow at Berjaya Times Square. 

According to Jeremy, the Blockbuster Deals is a smart choice for consumers who are looking at long-term savings.  

Jeremy enthused, “We at TM are constantly coming up with innovative approaches to offer new, value-added deals for our customers. Through the Blockbuster Deals series of packages, we have bundled both broadband and fixed line telephony in a very appealing package both in terms of convenience and cost for our customers. To make the offer more attractive, we are also throwing in freebies such as a FREE DECT telephone and a FREE wireless modem so that our customers would not need to purchase these items separately.” 

Details of the Blockbuster Deal package offerings are as follows:

New broadband customers will enjoy waiver on the following one-time charges until further notice: 

(i)      Streamyx Installation fee – RM 88
(ii)    Streamyx Activation fee – RM 75  

As for new TM Homeline customers, they will enjoy waiver on Connection fee of RM50 & there will be additional charges for: 

(iii)   One-time Deposit – RM 75
(iv)  TM Homeline installation charges for internal wiring – RM30 – RM50 

To apply for any of the Blockbuster Deals packages, customers would need to be an existing TM Homeline customer. They can check for Streamyx availability in their area at any TMpoint outlet across the country. Alternatively, for those who have yet to subscribe to TM Homeline, they can also conveniently check on Streamyx service availability by using their neighbour’s TM Homeline number via SMS. All they have to do is follow the simple steps below:

VOICE DEALS PACKAGE OFFERING 

In addition to the Blockbuster Deals, TM also introduces its latest TM Homeline promotion called Voice Deals.  

The key features of the Voice Deals include:

• ZERO charge on TM Homeline rental
• FREE calls between TM Fixed Line customers
• Low call rates to mobile and other fixed line networks
• FREE DECT phone with a 12-month warranty period 

Details of the Voice Deals package are as follows:

All new and existing residential customers are eligible to apply for this package.
