TM is aware of the blog postings and online discussions regarding our Streamyx customer data breach.

TM investigations have confirmed that the database breach was an old issue which occurred in December 2009 and was rectified in January 2010. Since that time, TM has reinforced our security and conducted several security audits. However, we encourage users to update their password every three months to safeguard their data. 

Rest assured that TM places data protection as its topmost priority. We regularly review our security measures and processes and remain committed to maintaining the privacy and security of all confidential data. We continuously work towards mitigating any risk of potential harm and take the necessary steps to prevent any future unauthorized access to TM’s information systems.
