Our commitment to serving the people reflects a deep-rooted sense of Corporate Responsibility (CR) that underlines our actions. Our CR initiatives are mapped against Bursa Malaysia's CSR Framework for Public Listed Companies and Triple Bottom-line Reporting, which takes into consideration the Economic, Social, and Environmental impact of a company.

CR at TM is integral to the way we operate at every level, underpinned by a strong pledge to corporate integrity. It is reflected in our policies and strategies, our conduct with employees, customers and other stakeholders, as well as in our commitment to supporting the Government in bridging the digital divide and further promoting its social and national development agenda.

We are also a multiple corporate awards winner, having been recognised consistently for our high standards in Corporate Governance as well as the Anugerah CSR Perdana Menteri for Best Workplace Practices two years consecutively, in 2009 and 2010. TM was most recently honoured with 5 National Annual Corporate Report Awards (NACRA) 2010, notably the Platinum Award for CSR; and 4 Frost and Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards 2011, including Best Broadband Service Provider of the Year.
