The capital structure of TM as at 31 December 2011 is as follows:

Authorised Capital

RM5,040,003,021 divided into:
- 5,000,000,020 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each;
- one (1) Special Rights Redeemable Preference Share of RM1.00;
- 2,000 Class C Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares ("NCRPS") of RM1.00 each;
- 1,000 Class D NCRPS of RM1.00 each; and
- 4,000,000,000 Class F RPS of RM0.01 each.

Issued & Paid-Up Capital

RM3,577,404,906 divided into:
- 3,577,401,980 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each;
- one (1) Special Rights Redeemable Preference Share of RM1.00;
- 2,000 Class C Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares ("NCRPS") of RM1.00 each; and
- 925 Class D NCRPS of RM1.00 each.
