Menara TM offers her residents a work environment that enhances their well-being in an intelligent, efficient building with state-of-the-art facilities.

Whilst the Tower's silhouette was inspired by a sketch of a young bamboo sprout with strong roots and unfurling leaves by renowned Malaysian sculptor and artist, Latiff Mohidin, its 'organic' nature had to be balanced with the technical aspects of construction ease and planning efficiency. This was achieved via repetitive facade and floor plate elements, and tight core planning.

Skygardens provide a refreshing retreat from the work environment.

For example. Skygardens help 'green' the Tower thus making the architecture environmentally sensitive. Varying in size and landscaping at different levels, these Skygardens not only provide natural shade on the eastern and western facades but also serve as spaces for relaxation and informal meetings.

Offices are designed within a central core and make the best use of natural lighting while keeping out heat. The narrow eastern and western frontages minimise solar penetration, reducing airconditioning loads while allowing for high amount of indirect lighting.

Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) provides a productive, cost-effective environment by optimising security, systems, services and management and their inter-relationship.	Telelifts (Document Conveyor System) minimise delivery time by catering to the movement of documents and parcels within the building.

Both these factors serve to complement Menara TM's unique Modular Underfloor Airconditioning System, ensuring comfort and fresh air for all. The predominantly open plan design adds to the atmosphere of space and this provides work-space flexibility as well.

Staff conveniences include a medical centre and clinic, a multi-purpose hall for sports, additional prayer space and other functions, a health and fitness centre with squash courts and a gym and a Prayer Room (Surau) that can accommodate 300 people at any one time.

The Prayer Room (Surau) accommodates 300 people at any given time and is approved for Friday prayers.	A fully-equipped Gym enhances physical fitness levels.	Modular Underfloor Airconditioning Systems cool office space more efficiently with less energy wastage.	A bonus for working parents - a fully-equipped child Day-care Centre.

An a bonus for working parents, a fully-equipped Child Day-care Centre and indoor play area is available so that parents can work, rest assured that their children are close.
