Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to announce that there has been a disruption to its Streamyx and UniFi services since 1.30 p.m., 8 December 2010. However, it is a localised problem affecting customers in certain areas as per below.

As a result, affected customers may be experiencing problems making calls and accessing the Internet.
Restoration works are currently in progress and we will make further announcements on the progress later.
TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the disruption but would like to assure customers that it is undertaking all necessary measures to restore the service to our customers as soon as possible.
