Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to inform its Internet customers that UniFi and Streamyx services have been restored as of 3.00am on Friday, 10 December 2010. TM is currently monitoring the situation.
All affected customers in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Puchong, USJ, Lapangan Terbang Subang, Shah Alam, Selat Klang Utara and Bukit Kemuning are now able to utilize the services as per normal.
TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the disruption and thank our customers for their patience and understanding. We would like to assure you that we are undertaking all necessary measures to ensure that customers experience uninterrupted service.
