RESTORATION OF INTERNET SERVICES 
 
 
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to inform its Internet services customers nationwide that there had been a service disruption at 5.30 p.m. yesterday, 15 April 2010. Due to this, customers nationwide were experiencing problems browsing the Internet.

However, we wish to inform our customers that the services have been restored and TM is currently monitoring the situation.

TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this disruption, whilst at the same time, we would like to assure customers that we are undertaking all necessary measures to ensure that customers experience uninterrupted service.

TM wishes to thank its customers for their understanding and patience during the affected period. Meanwhile, customers can call TM at 100 or e-mail us at help@tm.com.my for any service related problems.
