Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to inform its customers on the introduction of a new administrative fee for service termination within the minimum subscription period.
Currently, TM imposes a penalty charge that comprises the monthly subscription fees on the remaining months of the minimum subscription period upon termination of the Streamyx service within the contract period.
Effective 1st March 2010, customers who terminate their Streamyx package plan within the minimum subscription period will be charged a one time administration fee on the next subsequent bill.
Details of the charge are as follows:
RM350 one time charge for Streamyx standard package
RM600 one time charge for Streamyx Cool UNI Pack
RM600 one time charge for BBPC Staff Package
RM350 one time charge for Smart Savers and Super Upgrade Deals
