As a leading responsible corporate brand, TM’s CR initiatives have long cultivated a culture of good governance and accountability, ensuring consistently strong performance to stakeholders, building customer loyalty as well as attracting and retaining our talent. We firmly believe that CR contributes towards building lasting goodwill as well as trust in the TM brand.

 
 
 
Introduction
 
TM believes CR makes good business sense in the long run as it contributes towards building lasting goodwill and trust in the TM brand. A keenawareness of its corporate responsibility towards stakeholders in line with good corporate governance has also given TM the edge in attracting and retaining talent, enhancing customer loyalty and retaining its position as a leading responsible corporate citizen. In real terms, a culture of corporate responsibility has proven its worth in ensuring consistently-strong performance and delivering better returns to shareholders. TM’s CR initiatives are evident through its engagement with all stakeholders including employees, customers, suppliers, investors, local communities and the host governments where it operates.
