User Guide
NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
- Scratch startup card to obtain Initial Login, Initial Password and Security ID.
- Dial 1515 using Initial Login and Initial Password.
- Once connected, proceed tohttps://prepaid.tm.net.my. You are given 30 minutes BONUS TIME for registration purposes.
- Click ‘Click here to activate your prepaid/prepaid ONE startup card’.
- Enter startup Card Serial Number and Security ID.
- At "Customer Information" page, enter details according to fields provided.
- At "Registration Pre-Confirmation Page", ensure all details submitted are correct.
- "Registration Confirmation Page" will appear with prepaid hotspot Username and Password and other service information details. Print this page for future reference.
- Disconnect from the Internet by terminating the current dial-up session and establish a new connection using prepaid Username and Password, or login using hotspot Username and Password at hotspot Landing Page from any hotspot locations.

EXISTING CUSTOMER ACCESS
- Scratch reload card to obtain Security ID and log on tohttps://prepaid.tm.net.my.
- Enter prepaid Username and Password. Click ‘Login’.
- At "Main Menu" page, click ‘Change password’, ‘Reload account’, 'View usage', ‘Balance information’, 'Online Shopping' or ' hotspot account management' and follow the steps accordingly.

RE-ACTIVATION OF ACCOUNT
- Scratch reload card to obtain Security ID and log on tohttps://prepaid.tm.net.my.
- Click ‘If your prepaid/prepaid ONE account has been suspended, click here to re-activate it’. Follow the steps accordingly.

CREATING DIALER FOR WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM (Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP)
A. Windows 98
- Double click on ‘My Computer’.
- Double click on ‘Dial-Up Networking’.
- Double click on ‘Make New Connection’.
- Erase ‘My Connection’ and enter "" in the field provided. Click ‘Next’.
* If the name of your modem is not displayed in the ‘Select a device’ field, install a modem first or refer to your vendor for assistance before you continue.
- Enter "1515" in ‘Telephone Number’ field. Select ‘Malaysia (60)’ from the ‘Country or region code’ menu. The ‘Area code’ field must be left blank.
- Click ‘Finish’.
B. Windows ME
- Double click on ‘My Computer’.
- Double click on ‘Control Panel’.
- Double click on ‘Dial-Up Networking’.
- Double click on ‘Make New Connection’ and enter "" in the field provided. Click ‘Next’.
- Enter "1515" in ‘Telephone Number’ field. Select ‘Malaysia (60)’ from the ‘Country or region code’ menu. The ‘Area code’ field must be left blank.
- Click ‘Finish’.
C. Windows 2000
- Double click on ‘My Computer’.
- Double click on ‘Control Panel’.
- Double click on ‘Network and Dial-up Connections’.
- Double click on ‘Make New Connection’ and click ‘Next’.
- Select ‘Dial-up to private network’ and click ‘Next’.
- Enter "1515" in ‘Phone number’ field and click ‘Next’.
- At ‘Create this connection’, select ‘Only for myself’ and click ‘Next’.
- Rename the "Dial-up Connection" to "".
- Click ‘Finish’.
D. Windows XP
- Click ‘Start’ and select ‘Control Panel’.
- Double click on ‘Network and Internet Connections’.
- Click ‘Connections’.
- Click ‘Setup’.
- Click ‘Next’.
- Select ‘Connect to the Internet’ and click ‘Next’.
- Select ‘Set up my connection manually’ and click ‘Next’.
- Select ‘Connect using dial-up modem’ and click ‘Next’.
- Enter "" in ‘ISP Name’ field and click ‘Next’.
- Enter "1515" in ‘Phone number’ field and click ‘Next’.
- Enter ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ in the field provided. This ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ will be used every time you connect to the Internet. Click ‘Next’.
- Click ‘Finish’.
