| Tips |
1) Mobile call to 1800 87 3535 are chargeable. Free access number for mobile is 1800 87 3636. For activation, it is advised to use the correct access number to avoid higher mobile call charge. 2) Access number of 1800 87 3535 and 1800 87 3636 is both free via TM Fixed Line 3) If you are using voice instruction, you may interrupt the instruction by directly pressing the relevant function keys eg. 2 to check your balance. 4) When making calls using missed callback, do not press the 'send' or 'yes' or 'call' button on your mobile phone. As this will instruct your mobile phone to make a direct call instead of via iTalk. |

| How to activate |
|
Purchase a new iTalk at any TMpoint outlet nationwide including other outlets displaying the iTalk signage. The purchased iTalk will be valid for 6 months upon activation. You may activate your iTalk card by the easy steps as shown below: |

Step 1 Dial 1 800 87 3636 iTalk system will disconnect the call and call you back within 5 seconds
Step 2 Answer the call
Step 3 Enter your card number
Step 4 Select Preferred Language and press #1 to confirm
Step 5 You will be able to dial your destination directly followed with # |
